We only use the finest ingredients in our waffle dough - wheat flour - pearl sugar - vegetable oil - water - eggs - salt - yeast - vanilla

SIMPLE TO MAKE - HEAVENLY TO EAT

1. Prove the dough for 4-5 hours

The dough is supplied frozen so requires defrosting and proving before cooking. The defrosting and proving process takes approximately 4-5 hours. Once defrosted the dough will last for 24 hours

2. Cook the waffle for 3-4 minutes

Place the defrosted and proved dough onto a preheated iron. Close the plates allowing the weight to spread the dough around. The cooking time varies between 3 and 5 minutes depending on your waffle iron.

3. Serve naked or dressed!

Once cooked the waffle needs to rest and cool for 1-2 minutes to crisp. When readyenjoy naked or with your favourite topping. Top with anything from ice cream and sauce to bacon and maple syrup - the list is endless!

Our vanilla waffle is made using a traditional recipe from 1750. Pearl sugar is kneeded into the dough along with a natural vanilla flavouring before being divided into individual dough balls.
